400N1 Series Rear Discharge Concrete Mixer

The ZM-400 Series Rear Discharge Concrete Mixer has been and continues to be the workhorse of the volumetric industry.  Our Zim-Mixer® comes with the most complete package of standard equipment available in the market.

This series is available in two production rates: 30 (standard) or 60 (optional)  cubic yards per hour.

Our standard equipment includes:

  • Patented dual chain material feed system* which is the most accurate in the industry, is self cleaning, the longest lasting, and has the ability to run any material individually.
  • Aggregate bin with center divider.
  • Cement bin with power agitator which includes a patented chain feed system* which is the most accurate in the industry, is self cleaning, and is the longest lasting.
  • Polyethylene water tank.
  • Hydraulic water pump with a water solenoid valve which is quick acting for consistent mixing.
  • Digital water flow meter.
  • 4-Section hydraulic pump provides an independant pump for each hydraulic circuit which gives the most consistent mixing and coolest running hydraulic system in the industry.
  • Automatic cam operated vibrators.
  • Material counter.
  • 9' mix auger with replaceable Ni-Hard wear pads.
  • Power auger lift and swing.
  • Manual telescopic chutes which are permantly attached to the auger and require no lifting by the operator.
  • Dust reduction system.
  • Unit painting which includes two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of industrial grade polyurethane paint.
  • Unit mounting on truck chassis, trailer, skid, etc...
  • Cailbration yield box.
  • Operator training at customer location (domestic).

700 Series Gunite Mixer

The 700 Series unit is designed for the Gunite producer or a producer wanting to mix a pre-blended aggregate with cement and water.  The unit utilizes a patented single material feed chain in the aggregate bin.
