What exactly is a volumetric concrete mixer?
A volumetric concrete mixer carries sand, stone, cement and water in separate compartments, mixing them on demand rather than delivering a pre-mixed load. Every mixer in our lineup, from rear discharge tocustom builds, works on this same on-demand principle, so you get exactly the amount and mix design your job calls for.
How much concrete can a Zim-Mixer produce?
Typically holds raw materials to yield between 4 and 14 cubic yards (or approximately 3 to 10.7 cubic meters) of concrete on a single trip.
